Declarant is a well accomplished musician who although is young in years, wise in all things music.  As a drummer in an up in coming indie band, who occasionally writes and sings, has decided to pursue his love for music by expressing himself as a solo artist.  Declarant's New EP Premier was written, preformed, recorded and produced by Declarant himself.  Declarant has a passion for variety in his music and he displays it in his new EP Premier.
